Here are the *RULES:
GOLDEN RULE
*Aim to have every conversation lead to the heart, instead of hate.
This space is about openness and understanding, not harm. Hate, harassment, or encouraging harm to yourself or others doesn’t belong here.

Remember, when you're speaking to someone, they're another human being, just like you. Try to be as gentle as you can with them. Speak to them as if you were speaking to yourself.

Understand that other humans have different experiences than you. Those experiences probably shaped who they are today. When disagreeing with someone, try to ask/open up about their/your experiences as a human instead of endlessly clashing over ideas. Debates are healthy, but sometimes they can lead nowhere, so try and lead it to the heart.

Let people have their own ideas. You don't have to try and change them, just accept them, where they are, for who they are. It's easy to spite someone when you disagree, it's harder to accept them, even when you think they're wrong. That's why accepting them is that much more important, for you and for them.

Everything has a feeling attached to it. Ask each other more about feelings instead of reasons. The feeling is the most honest thing someone can express, and usually leads to the true reasons.

Sometimes you might feel like you can't relate to someone at all. That's okay. The only and best reason to relate to someone at all is because they're a human, just like you. We all grew up on earth, we all have to take a shit and wipe it off of our ass, and that shit still smells the same. Remember that.
